Testimonial (Just one of hundreds): Testimonial - Constipation, Skin Tone: "I started drinking kombucha about a month ago when I was looking for an "energy drink" at the health food store. I didn't know what it was until a friend told me more about it when she saw me drinking it. Nobody had told me to expect this, but I noticed immediately that it took care of my constipation. Not to be gross or give too many details, but the constipation I get is more than an inconvenience. I normally only have a bowel movement about every 5 days, and that has led to some major problems.
