I had never heard of it, and after doing some research on the internet I decided to try it. Well. I made the first batch and poured me a 4 oz. glass and started to drink it. I did that for 3 days and than I got soooo tired. I could barely keep my eyeballs open. On the fourth day I had more energy than ever.
